In September last year (2006), I addressed a media briefing with Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, a front-line politician in my home Rivers State. The briefing was to present the African Youth Best Practices Handbook, which was developed and launched in Toronto and published with the support of DLB Concerns Ltd in August of the same year.
